Fingerless

No, not me!

The mitts.

THEY'RE fingerless.

They're soft.

They're warm.

And I really don't need them in the summertime.

So, they're in my work drawer waiting for coldness to return.

I have to open it every once in awhile and stare at them.

Costa Rica is known for the beautifully painted oxcarts.

We 'happened' to see one travelling along the road.

In the jungle

We see snakes!

Some harmless.

Some not-so-harmless.


And yet, we still smile as we go.
