First hike with Lisa's hiking group (now my hiking group, too!)

I can't wait to go back and squirm through some itty bitty tunnel caves.

And get muddy.

And filthy.

Back in July

I don't really think I need to say anything.

A month and a half? WHAT?

But who's counting, right?
Here I am, enjoying everyone else's blog on an at LEAST weekly basis, and mine hasn't been updated in forever and a day...AGAIN.
Its been added to the list.
So, July was fantastic. England at the beginning of the month...and since I've returned, time has just flown by! Mid-August, though? Somebody pinch me, I think I need to get out of this daze...

First *finished* pair of socks

I finished my first pair of socks.

Now it needs to be winter so I can wear them.

They're soft and squooshy and warm!

The boys were having a fun time with Boompa's garage stool while they were here...

Stuck in a crack..

So much fun, in fact, that Boompa had to join in!

Boredom leads to Creativity

When one has nothing much to do on a semi-long car ride, one makes entertainment out of what's at hand.

In this case, the armrest covers from one's booster seat.

They become slippers.
Drink holders.
Elephant noses.
And oh, so much more.
